so i have this dilemma. i could get classes for free for 8 weeks to get certified in nursing or some such certification. normally the fee is $500. this is a skill that will diversify my options. i'm sure ponge is going to do it.
but i told the uptown shop that i was available at any time. they said one weekend day per week is required. and classes are every saturday.
plus its not really something i think i'm serious about at this point.
i still really want to do non-profit work. i just want this as something to give me more options.
the homecare thing, i dont know whether i will like or not. it probably pays better than the uptown shop. and although i have an interview at the coop tomorrow, i really dont want to work there. although, at the same time, i wont really feel bad about quitting that psuedo-coop. and when it come down to it, i just need some money.
